Суд же состоит в том, что свет пришел в мир; но люди более возлюбили тьму, нежели свет, потому что дела их были злы; ибо всякий, делающий злое, ненавидит свет и не идет к свету, чтобы не обличились дела его(с)

*Jumping up and down* T&J! T&J! Go, go, T&J! *Is about to give a virtual kick in mid-jump but thinks better of it* Come on, T&J!
*Whispering* "Connection". "Attitude" is more about, you know, emotional attitude towards something
Um... who is f.C? Have I missed something? )

...
Would you better talk to me about Tybalt, please? ))))) Dear Cryptkeeper helped me a lot with her post about R&J
*Whispering*
Thank you very much!
Oh, those are just quibbles and nothing more; while the foreign language may be a pure pleasure to speak especially if you try to understand not only the meaning of the words but the way another, foreign people think. For the language is not for the communication only, it also expresses the way of thinking of the nation.

Practice is the best!
I'm far from being linguist or sociologist, who is interested in way of thinking os somebody ) Though I feel different when talking another language. I like etimoligy, it's interesting to me to learn modern & old meaning of a word or to view it's transformation or something like that. But i guess i need to speak (not unfortunately speak, but read & write) english now to rise my self-rating & emerge upward. 13 years ago I could talk english well, but no i cannot, But i feel pleasure, when realise, that i understand the construction of texts & can be understood myself )
ah, I should have guessed that! Yes, I have to agree, he is very good, too ))
Tybalt? What shall I tell you about Tybalt? He's neurotic, haunted, unhappy, and deserves Juliet way more than Romeo does. Or even Paris, really. *kick*
i need to speak (not unfortunately speak, but read & write)
You lucky girl! For me the hardest part is actually speaking a language ))) I tend to maul the grammar horribly if I don't have the time to think.

Of course language reflects the mentality )) That's what drives me nuts about English. I mean, look at Shakespearean English - it was such a beautiful, complex language, but they'd simplified it so much since then that I just want to cry. Still, English is now nice and concise. In fact, I find it's better for prose than Russian - although Russian is definitely the best for poetry! ))
